Gfinity, a world-leading esports solutions provider, is pleased to announce that it has been selected by F1 Esports as the production partner for its esports online TV series, ‘Making an Esports Champion’.
This new and exclusive content is focused on the back stories of the drivers competing in the F1 Esports New Balance Pro Series and what it takes to become a champion.
Under the terms of the contract, Gfinity will create four, ten-minute episodes that will be released globally ahead of each ‘F1 Esports Pro Series’ live event. Each episode will be aired on F1 Esports.com, Twitch and YouTube.
The ‘F1 Esports New Balance Pro Series’ involves ten teams competing in twelve races over four live events, culminating in the grand final which will take place on 4 December 2019 and broadcast live from the Gfinity Arena, London. These races will determine the 2019 F1 New Balance Esports Series team and driver World Champions, with an increased prize fund of $500,000.
Garry Cook, Executive Chairman, Gfinity said “Being chosen as the content production partner for this show, in addition to designing, developing and creating the Pro Series, highlights Gfinity’s unique position at the centre of the rapidly growing gaming community.
