The V10 R-League has officially returned for its second season, and it’s bigger and better than ever!
The sim racing championship, launched by Gfinity and Abu Dhabi Motorsport Management, premiered back in September 2020 amassing 43 million views with more than 193 million minutes watched across BT Sport, ESPN, and STARZPlay Arabia.
As a result, the popular 8-team series has been expanded to 10 teams for Season 2, in which drivers are putting their skills to the test across five iconic tracks. The prize pool has also grown this season, with £120,000 up for grabs.
As ever, the drivers are using the purpose-built, single-seater V10 R-League car powered by a monstrous v10 engine, providing thrilling on-track action in a unique team vs team format.
The first week has now come to an end and we’ve already seen some exciting, action-packed match-ups, including debuts from new teams such as Romain Grosjean’s R8G Esports, as well as the revival of old rivalries between the likes of Williams Esports and JAESA Team Suzuki.
For those who missed the action, the V10 R-League Highlights Show will be airing on BT Sport 3 at 10.15pm BST in the UK and ESPN 3 at 6pm EST in the US.
How to watch Week 2
