Overview

Gfinity’s wholly-owned U.S. subsidiary, CEVO, has provided community forums and engagement technology to NVIDIA for over a decade. In 2018, NVIDIA engaged CEVO to completely reimagine and redevelop the next generation of community forums platform.

Our Approach

Gfinity / CEVO leveraged our learnings from years of experience delivering community interactions to identify key features and drivers of engagement for the new platform.

In addition to community-centric, standard forum functionality, we also built features for direct and group chat, up/down voting, user profiling, anti-spam, and safeguarding.

Additionally, our platform provides customer service mechanics, including the ability to tag topics as support and mark replies as the best answer.

We also fully integrated our platform with NVIDIA’s GDPR pipeline, providing seamless data deletion and retrieval workflows. The new platform launched in Q3 of 2019.
